Your Privacy Matters

At DocSync, we respect your privacy and provide users with the ability to request deletion of their personal information and data associated with DocSync services.

Important Note

If you have connected a WhatsApp Business account or another Meta service to DocSync, you can also use this form to request deletion of data associated with that integration.

What information should I provide?

Your name and registered email
Your mobile and WhatsApp number (if applicable)
Your DocSync account or firm name
A clear description of the data to delete

Processing Timeline

Eligible deletion requests will normally be processed within 7 days after the request has been received and verified by our team.

Submit Your Request

To request the deletion of your data, please contact us via email.

Please send an email to client-care@docsync.in with the following details:

1. Full Name
2. Email Address (associated with your DocSync account)
3. Mobile Number
4. WhatsApp Business Number (if applicable)
5. DocSync Account / Firm Name
6. Deletion Request Description (specifically what data you would like us to delete or anonymize)

Confirmation

We will process your data deletion and give confirmation to you within 7 days after sending the mail.
