DocSync – Terms & Conditions (Payments & Subscriptions)
1. Definitions
• “DocSync” refers to the web-based software application developed and operated by Pragma Infotech, providing workflow and communication management services.
• “Pragma Infotech” refers to the legal entity that owns, develops, and operates the DocSync platform.
• “User” refers to Chartered Accountants, firms, enterprises, or individuals using DocSync.
• “Subscription” refers to any paid plan, add-on, or service purchased through DocSync.
• “Payment Gateway” refers to third-party payment processors used to collect payments on behalf of DocSync.

2. Acceptance of Terms
• By accessing, registering on, or using DocSync, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• By using DocSync, you agree to the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and CA Compliance Disclaimer, all of which form an integral part of this agreement.

3. Pricing & Subscription Plans
• All prices displayed on DocSync are exclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
• Subscription plans, features, and pricing may be modified by Pragma Infotech at any time with prior notice.
• Continued use of DocSync after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.

4. Payment Terms
• Payments must be made in advance for all subscription plans.
• DocSync accepts payments via UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and other methods supported by the payment gateway.
• By making a payment, you authorize Pragma Infotech and its payment gateway partners to charge the applicable fees.

5. Payment Gateway Disclaimer
• DocSync does not store or process card or banking information.
• All payment transactions are handled securely by third-party payment gateway providers.
• Pragma Infotech shall not be responsible for payment failures, technical errors, or delays caused by payment gateways or banking systems.

6. Failed or Incomplete Payments
If a payment fails or remains incomplete:
• Access to paid features may be temporarily suspended.
• DocSync reserves the right to retry the transaction or request alternate payment.
• Pragma Infotech shall not be liable for losses arising due to failed payments.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
• Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• Partial usage of a subscription period is not eligible for refunds.
• No refunds will be provided for:
• Change of mind
• Feature expectations
• Inactivity or non-usage
• Any approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

8. Auto-Renewal (If Applicable)
• Certain subscription plans may be auto-renewed unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Users can manage or cancel auto-renewal from their account dashboard.
• Pragma Infotech is not responsible for charges incurred due to failure to cancel on time.

9. Taxes & Compliance
• Users are responsible for payment of GST or other applicable taxes.
• Tax invoices will be issued as per Indian tax laws.

10. Account Suspension for Non-Payment
DocSync reserves the right to:
• Suspend or terminate accounts due to non-payment.
• Restrict access to features until dues are cleared.
• Data retention during suspension will follow DocSync’s data policy.

11. Chargebacks & Disputes
• Users agree not to raise unwarranted chargebacks without contacting DocSync support first.
• Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.
• Users are responsible for any penalties or fees imposed due to chargebacks.

12. Limitation of Liability
Neither DocSync nor Pragma Infotech shall be liable for:
• Payment gateway downtime
• Banking system failures
• Unauthorized transactions caused by user negligence
• Liability, if any, shall be limited to the subscription amount paid for the current billing cycle.

13. Changes to Terms
Pragma Infotech reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website/app and will take effect immediately.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
• These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in [Your City, India].

Refund Policy – DocSync
(Operated by Pragma Infotech)

DocSync offers digital software services and subscription-based access. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any payment.

1. No Refund Policy
All payments made towards DocSync subscriptions, plans, add-ons, or services are non-refundable.
Once a subscription is activated, no refunds shall be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Non-usage of the service
• Incorrect plan selection
• Expectation mismatch
• Business closure or staff changes

2. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only if required by applicable Indian law or in case of:
• Duplicate payment
• Technical error resulting in incorrect charge
Such requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.

3. Refund Processing
• Approved refunds (if any) will be processed to the original payment method.
• Processing time may take 7–10 working days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.

4. Chargebacks
• Users are requested to contact DocSync support before initiating any chargeback.
• Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to account suspension or termination.

Cancellation Policy – DocSync
(Operated by Pragma Infotech)

This Cancellation Policy governs subscription cancellations on the DocSync platform.

1. Subscription Cancellation
• Users may cancel their subscription at any time from the account dashboard or by contacting support.
• Cancellation will stop future billing only.

2. No Prorated Refunds
• No refunds or credits will be provided for:
• Partial subscription periods
• Unused days or months
• Early termination

3. Service Access After Cancellation
• Users will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the current billing cycle.
• After expiry, access to paid features will be restricted.

4. Auto-Renewal Responsibility
• Users are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before the renewal date.
• DocSync is not liable for charges incurred due to failure to cancel in time.

5. Data Handling After Cancellation
• Account data may be retained for a limited period as per DocSync’s data retention policy.
• Users may request permanent deletion of their account.


Disclaimer for CA Compliance – DocSync
DocSync is a software application developed and operated by Pragma Infotech and is intended solely as a workflow and communication tool for professional use.

1. No Professional Advice
DocSync:
• Does not provide legal, tax, audit, accounting, or financial advice
• Does not verify or validate statutory filings
• Does not guarantee regulatory compliance
All professional judgments and filings remain the sole responsibility of the Chartered Accountant or firm.

2. Role Limitation
DocSync acts only as:
• A task management system
• A communication facilitator
• A workflow tracking platform
DocSync does not replace:
• Professional expertise
• Due diligence
• Manual verification
• Regulatory review

3. Client Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for:
• Accuracy of data
• Timely submissions
• Compliance with ICAI, GST, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory authorities
• DocSync shall not be liable for penalties, notices, or losses arising from non-compliance.
• The User confirms and agrees that they have obtained all necessary consents, authorizations, and permissions from their clients, customers, or associated parties to collect, store, and process such information using the DocSync platform.
• By using DocSync, the User confirms that they have obtained necessary consent from their clients to store and process their information within the platform.
• DocSync and Pragma Infotech act solely as a technology service provider and shall not be responsible for the legality, accuracy, or authorization of any client data uploaded by the User.

4. Document Handling Disclaimer
DocSync:
• Does not store client documents
• Does not access or modify client records
• Acts only as a medium for communication and task status updates

5. Limitation of Liability
DocSync shall not be liable for:
• Errors or omissions by users or staff
• Missed deadlines
• Regulatory penalties
• Client disputes
• Loss of business or reputation

6. Use at Own Risk
• Use of DocSync is at the user’s own discretion and risk.

7. Governing Law
• This disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of India.
